“Great folks to work with. I called and asked about 10 questions regarding an issue with an electric motor on a concrete saw. They answered each as best they could and remained patient and professional through the process. They offered to check both an electric motor and capacitor I had. They saved me a lot of money and delay by figuring out it was the capacitor. They also had the part I needed in stock. Thanks guys!”

“We went around a couple different light stores and then ended up here. This place seemed a little better priced. One of the staff, Brad, came up to us and helped us find what we were looking for and was really knowledgeable of all the store. He even gave us a pretty good deal on everything we purchased. Bought 3 light fixtures for under 400$. This is a pretty reasonable place if you’re not trying to break the bank on fixtures. Would buy from again”

“*update* I know my last review was kind of generic, but the real story comes to service. Yes, they have all the parts. Yes. they have all the little tools and big tools to get the job done. The main thing about this location of a nationwide company is the folks behind the counter. If I bring a piece of broken something, they will make sure I get a proper new piece. Dishwasher inlet valve? Yep. 1 1/4" p-trap? Yep Before my current paid task, I had these guys build me a "drip drum" and the product was better than OEM. The service at this location meets what I expect and I am in the customer service industry to say the least”

“I bought and Amanda Washer and Dryer from them about a month ago. I am so pleased with the way they both work for my laundry needs.The two two gentlemen that delivered them, took the old ones out and installed my new machines were terrific. They made sure I understood how both worked before they left and left our place the way they found it, clean.I bought a Amana glass top stove from them 2 yrs ago and was very satisfied with their service then, and the repair work they have done for me in the past is superb, that's why I went to them for my washer and dryer.Good Job--”

When I enter the store, they are the associates I look for when I have questions. Stepf, Dan and Gary are friendly and knowledgeable. Although there are many hardware stores in my vicinity, I choose to shop at this location because of these 3 superb customer service employees!”

“1000% Will recommend this place.. We walked in knowing full well we may not get to talk to anyone. We were just coming into look and get some ideas. We are in the building stage of starting the foundation. So, literally just looking.We were greeted by the nicest lady as soon as we walked in the door. She said hi, started a conversation and asked us what we were looking for. We told her we were just wanting to look around and get some ideas. She said okay, would you like a drink? Gave us a coke and on our way we were. There was no high pressure sales, yet no lack of info either. They sent a salesman out to simply answer questions we asked. He did not impose his opinion on us what so ever.They went ahead and gave us the salesmen's card who works with our builder and said give him a call when you are ready. We cannot wait to work with your company...”

Prices were very reasonable, and even though checkout took a while due to a distracted clerk who didn't see us at checkout 4, everything else was pretty good at this Home Depot.”

“Edited 6/7/22 - spoke with the new GM Chris. seems like a very good guy that has the right intentions in mind. he seems to he there for the customer. meeting with him Friday. will update after that again. NEVER buy a cash and carry item from this store. The Manager Christine lied to me on a few occasions. i purchased a PS4 with VR headset for $250. I had asked them 3 times if they tested this machine to make sure it worked. all 3 times they said yes and Christine even said the Vice President of the company told her he tested it. I bought it and got it home to hook it up and what do you know....it won't even take a disc. so no they did not test the item. i called to see if they would work with me and even pay half of what it would cost to fix it. Christine told me yes she would be happy to figure something out. she told me to call her back the next day. i call her back and she tells me that she hasn't talked to her boss yet and she would call me back Monday. well Monday came and went. I call on Wednesday and speak with Christine again and she says oh yes my Regional Manager is sitting right next to me. let me call you back in an hour. well its the following Monday and Christine msut have lost track of time as I still haven't heard from her. i took it to a place in Omaha and had it fixed for an additional $150. i understand it was cash and carry with no warranties but when a company tells you that it is happy to work with you and even swap it out with a different one, then you have a little hope. Save yourself some time and headache without being lied to and go to one of their competitors.”

“These 5 stars go ONLY to the store & specific staff in Papillion (Pat & Craig the deliverers, Nami who called this morning & obviously knew the back story & made sure communication was clarified with the still problematic delivery person_s_ from warehouse) & the delivery supervisor Corey who worked to get my freezer delivered today I stead of another week & probably still no delivery. Pat & Craig both were equally super great & should be given recognition for excellence in delivery, customer service & great attitudes. They took time to look out for the safety of my entry, walls, railing, took doors off & put them back on & didn't scratch anything, gave me the info to not plug it in for so many hours, looked it over, & took the packing trash out. The store did a good job fixing a series of non-deliveries that made me feel I was being dismissed, toyed with & not valued as a customer whatsoever. After two other no shows starting Jan 8th (only one due to weather) I called Thursday at 2 pm to make sure the truck was really going to my house between 2:30 & 6:30 & was told yes. At 6 I called & was told I was number #15 & the truck was at house #12. I called at 8 as I still had not gotten called with the 30 min notice they were on their way. The person texted it was rescheduled to Feb 2. I spent the next hour on the phone trying to get help. Then spent the best few hours & next day thinking how I could tell the most locals to not order from Home Depot if they want their stuff delivered within a few months. One friend told me it took a year to get her oven. An in-law has waited over 6-8 months for doors. Others shared their bad experiences. It's not always about availability. It's the problematic delivery system. I still believe that the truck delivery guys decided to stop for the night on the last failed delivery. I would need to see a doctors statement to believe someone fell off a ramp. Why? Because one of the delivery guys called me by mistake today & got the plan for delivery wrong & copped an attitude when he let me know he'd be at my house a little after noon & I'd been told by the delivery supervisor it would be delivered to the store in Papillion & then delivered to my house after 2. The delivery guy said he wanted to be home by 2 so that didn't work. I said I was in a massage as scheduled & would be home at 2, as agreed with Corey yesterday. Nami called & cleared that up & apologized. The guy called again & informed me he'd be taking it to the store. Two more calls as I was supposed to be getting a massage for pain relief, it was settled it would arrive after 2pm. Nami also called to let me know the truck from Papillion had left. From that point on the delivery was a breeze.This is why people can go postal & how little old lady Sunday School teachers can start using very bad words. I worked hard Thursday night to get ahold of Corporate doing everything I could to not have to wait another week. One person on the help hotline even told me the warehouse had no address. I found the invisible warehouse and was going to drive there in person and look people in the face, but then after insisting on the phone to speak to a delivery supervisor, I got to talk to Corey. He was polite, and because of his effort & the store doing what I'd asked for a few times from the delivery people who said it wasn't going to happen, I now have my freezer.I probably will never buy another appliance online through Home Depot just because that delivery experience was so bad, but at least at this point I'll continue to shop there in person if I need to.”

“Omg! I just stumbled across their "Optical Eye Care" area....they have only been there about a month! I found my perfect eye glass frames ..they do not do eye exams (yet anyways) but the staff was so helpful in assisting with the shape of our face and the perfect lens shape! So I am scheduled for my eye exam and plan on returning for me glass frames ..thank you Cassidy!! It was a very nice environment and lots of inventory to choose from! Value was great for name brand frames, Gucci, Dolce Cabana, Betsy Johnson to name a few ....you get what you pay for! So for me it was a great value”
