“Hats of one of nicest people of group in town. Had a minor collision damage on my Monday Accord 2010 while relocating for a job in California. They not only helped me with the estimate but also courteous enough to make sure I get a rental and accommodation ( they were in middle of harvest festival, so no rooms and car rental).They then made sure that I am dropped at the airport too, next day and took care of most of my worries regarding my car.Thanks for everything.✌️??”

“******PLEASE SEE UPDATE BELOW******I am EXTREMELY Disappointed in the Service Department/Parts Department - or Lack there of........I've attempted twice already to get an appointment to take care what is now Two Recalls........They don't work on Saturday so for those not residing in Grand Island - **Keep this in Mind** My first attempt was through the Kia App that advised me of the Recall. I submitted a request from the App for the Service Department to contact me. Needless to say - I was never contacted. This last time I made an appointment myself, after having to take vacation hours from my employer. My appointment was set for this Friday. Thankfully I called today to be sure they had all the parts needed for Both of the Recalls. Of course they do not have the parts on hand and are days away from having them.......thus again, I'll need to reschedule once again. Again - I'm Extremely Disappointed. If only getting service work done was as easy as purchasing the car to begin with..............ZERO Stars for the Service Department.*****UPDATE*****With the Assistance and Follow-Through from Dan, Steve, and Glenn - I'm EXTREMELY HAPPY TO UPDATE THIS POST WITH ALL 5 STARS.What had escalated into A Big Disappointment with the Service Department - has been COMPLETELY MADE RIGHT!!!Thankfully - I'm Back to Being a VERY SATISFIED KIA of GRAND ISLAND Customer!”

“Technician did a great job replacing my hail-damaged windshield. My only complaint is that the initial estimate was just under $300 and the final bill was over $400. I was ok paying the repair bill, but it would have been nice to have a more realistic estimate before I came in.”
