“My truck broke down on the interstate, the owner if this buisness is one of the most knowledgeable and kind people in his industry. If he brought his kindness, honesty, knowledge and his awsome personality to chicago, he'd be a millionare.Being stuck out on 80 with semis rolling by you at 80mph is a very scary thing, but after being towed to DJ and seeing the owner there on a sunday working, I was very much at ease. Becasue I knew I was in good hands, when a man is working on his day off that means 2 things to me, hes got alot of work and he cares about his customers. And when a buisness is busy like that, u know they do good work.I saw a variety of vehicles there being worked on. I couldnt be happier, they had my transfer case in my welding truck in no time and had me back on the road, not to mention all the other stuff they did that was way above and beyond!Becasue of there great expertise and attention to detail I made it home to my family which is priceless! “Unbelievable service. We broke down on I 80 on our way to Utah from PA. This place is extremely helpful. Genuine and Sincere staff. With no appointment, they stopped what they were doing upon our arrival to assess the situation. We had a diagnosis with in minutes. Our water pump was shot on our 2017 Jeep Summit. We were in a hurry and worried we were out of luck. The crew at Butch’s reassured us that they could get us back on the road asap and they expedited the repairs. They were as friendly as they were productive. They had our parts arriving within minutes and the repairs started shortly thereafter. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient mechanics. As promised they did a great job on the expedited repairs and had us on our way within a few hours. Old school service here at butch’s. The pricing was very reasonable. “When my van broke down along the I-80, Carrol’s went above and beyond to help me. While the repair would take too long and he was fully booked for two weeks, he still allowed me to leave the van for several days while I made other arrangements.Despite being so busy, he still took an hour out of his day to help me get the van loaded onto my trailer and strap everything in for towing. He did all of this for no charge!I don’t know how we would have gotten back on road without them — extremely grateful for their services and professionalism!”

When you enter the garages prior to any work, you might be greeted with Shana, the service manager and or Brycen, the service advisor. It's always nice to see a friendly smile. They both have excellent customer service and are wonderful in every which way. I could tell that they were so very understanding of my concerns. They got me in with two separate appointments plus additional appointment to install the part on November 29th, approving the service inspection of my vehicle, without charging me extra. I mean seriously, they could have charged me for these appointments, with having these unknown questions to them towards my vehicle, especially since I requested to be in the service garage examining my vehicle, while it was on the lift. They are friendly, listened carefully, had patience towards me. I felt comfortable, and never felt I was being rushed with my concerns of my questions of my vehicle. It shows me there is a lot of wonderful and kind staff members of Bill Summers, and that they do take pride of their job positions plus for the customers and their vehicles. Yes, they do worry for the safety of our vehicles out on the road and the safety of others. I felt like I was in good hands within them. They answered my questions truthfully. The guys that I dealt with was Steve on November 14th and Sam on December 2nd, in the service technicians dept. showing me up close of my vehicle in the garage. They took time out of there busy schedule to explain everything of a certain part of my vehicle, the concerns that I had. The service technicians were prompt, professional, and the final results exceeded my expectations with the honesty and truthful of their words to me. They also went above and beyond their work in helping me out.I am sure I was the talk of their business service dept in a humor way, stating my name of the number of times I called, but I just felt within my heart, something wasn't right and needed to find out my answers to the questions I had. They were great in calming my nerves of what took place previously, and I was so impressed with the level of service that they treated me with respect and dignity. I feel they should all be recognized in their work positions.Don't ever judge a business that actually does a good job until you actually find out, that they do care, and are very much concern They were prompt and professional, to ensure that I was satisfied with all the service that I received, and I am very grateful to all of them.I would definitely use Bill Summers of North Platte in the future and truly recommend it to others.”
