Horrible facility and uncaring staff. They dropped my father and broke his neck. He was neglected and left there worse than when he went in. Do not send your family member there.

Called Cara Pagan to talk about possibilities with my mother. Never got a return call. Was told by staff I had to get my sister's permission to take my mother for an outing. I am my mother's Power of Attorney. My sister should be getting my permission.

My best friend was a short term resident there. This place is disgusting. They left her in soiled clothes and bedding for days. Lost her medications. About an hour and a half call light answers. The place reeked of stale urine. I wouldn’t let my dog stay there.
