“Let me tell you about MELISSA who provided one of the best customer service experiences I have had in the last five years. Situation: our company bought various paint products earlier in the year and due to supply shortages, the purchases were spread across 4-5 S-W locations in the Omaha metro area.Recently, as we were getting ready to use the product, we found that two of the 5 gallon base paints were not tinted. I called on a Saturday and got MELISSA who said that it would be no problem to bring them in and they could test the paint to ensure it wasn't tinted. I arrived at the store about 30 minutes later and there were at least 6 other customers in the place.MELISSA recognize me carrying the two 5 gallon cans and smiled. She told me that she checked her records and that the 5 gallon cans weren't purchased at her store. She then did additional research and found that the product was purchased at another S-W location. Now, she could have said, "you'll have to go to that store for service"; and I would have believed her and probably not been happy. But, MELISSA said, I can take care of it for you. I'll just shake these cans up, test the color, and if it's not tinted as you ordered, I'll apply the tint.30 minutes later, I was on my way.All the while, she helped other customers with the same smile, professionalism, courtesy, that has been missing from our culture. Let me tell you something S-W staff, if I was a business owner, I would have offered MELISSA a job, ON-THE-SPOT at my company and paid her more than what she is making.Employers, if you're looking for quality and reliability and are ready to pay good dollars for those attributes, get over to this store and pony up some cash to get this woman additional responsibilities.”

“Stopping in for a little bit of a paint session! The store is conveniently located in central Omaha just north of Dodge and Cass Street. Parking is convenient as it's located in a small strip mall.The store itself offers an awesome color center with free samples and store personnel will assist you if needed. Additionally, paint supplies, including ladders, drop cloths, etc. are all available. Paint is meticulously mixed and if necessary even matched. I brought in a piece of an old handrail and the customer service folks were able to match the color perfectly!Pricing may be a little more than non-name brand paints, however, I have found that Sherwin-Williams paints hold up against a lot more punishment for both interior and exterior surfaces. Highly recommend that you check out the Sherwin-Williams store for your painting needs.”

“Great place to pick up paint for my Ferd. Had some delaminated paint on my front fender and the new aerosolized paint was mixed while I waited. Not the cheapest option but I feel like I'm getting much better paint and will have much better results.
