Reggie, the owner, helped Dexter relax and had over the top amazing customer service, which my sister says is ALWAYS the case. They also work with rescues which is phenomenal! “I went into the store yesterday for the first time and we were blown away. From the toys to the quality of food they have. They showed us around and explained the differences between the food we have and what they have. Their food is SO much healthier than what we’ve been buying at target.
So far, our two cats Love their new wet and dry food. Our 9 yo cat even ate all of her wet food, and that’s something we haven’t seen in a while.

“I went hiking out at Hitchcock with my girlfriend and her pup. It was still pretty wet in the hills and she got pretty muddy. We took her to the self wash station in Midtown and it was awesome. Great service and an excellent wash room at a great price. We will be back for sure. P.S. Despite streetcar construction, there were plenty of parking spaces available right out front.”
“THE BEST spot to shop anything and everything for your furry children! Customer service was absolutely above and beyond. I could have stayed all day chatting to the two owners. Pressure free environment. Lots of shared knowledge from the owners who are there everyday. Incredible prices and variety. Felt like home. I will not being going anywhere else. Loved from the second I walked in. You can tell they care about your pets and the products/supplies they have in their shop above everything else. Goodbye chewy. “I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. One of my dogs is an all white pitty. She's literally allergic to everything. Including this flea treatment. However, it works amazingly well for my other animals. It would be great if I didn't have to spend $90 on a flea collar, every 8 months ( s e r e s t o), for my Lily. But it's the only thing that works for her. My other dog and 2 cats have never had a flea on them using Petfriendly!! Saves a lot of money!!”
“We realized we needed boots for our dog a day or two after the rest of Omaha realized the need. Thus, all the big box stores were out of dog boots. We called around, and the team at Long Dog Fat Cat was fantastic. They let us know what they had, made sure they fit our dog, and held them for us as we drove across town to buy them. The store has a ton of great items for your furry housemate. And, bringing your dog in is welcomed. We found some nice treats and our dog boots. We were able to hit the dog park for a play date properly protected from the elements. We ended up going to 2 Long Dog Fat Cat stores during our search, and the staff at both were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend them for your pet needs!”

“New to the area and looking for a good, neighborhood pet store. This is a great, welcoming place! I even had my cat with me in a carry-tote, and they were very kind - even gave Charlotte (my cat!) a treat. I found the cat food that I previously used in Oregon, and I know it's difficult to find. So happy to have found Pet's Earth. They love animals and really were kind and helpful. Definitely will be a regular custoomer!”

Update...kind of late...Not because of the store, but I had to lay my buddy and most dearest friend Oscar to rest 1 1/2 years ago. So we haven't needed any special dog food.
But PetSmart does have other items. I will add a photo of Oscar when I get a chance.”

“Wow!! I can't say enough good things about this place!! My friends dog passed away and I wanted to send her some flowers and a treat for her other doggy who misses her sister. I called and asked if she could do me a huge favor and deliver the treats I ordered to the floral shop nearby so my friend could get it all at once. (I live in a different area) She was happy to do it for me!! Such a lovely lady!! She even threw in another treat from her pups!!!
