“Love Woof and Whiskers! It’s a weekly stop for us, either for a restock on kibble or snacks, and the staff are always incredible. Every time I come in they’re helping pet parents with questions about which food, toys or treats are best for their pets. It’s a great atmosphere and there’s so many options to help keep your pets happier and healthier by investing in their quality of life. There’s so many resources too from training recommendations to cbd to a wide range of supplements.We stopped going to Big Box stores because we wanted to feed our dogs better quality when we found Woof and Whiskers and never went back because the chain stores will never match the effort made to care, to educate, to create community nor do they have the same integrity of a small business that holds their distributors accountable.Thank you to Hannah and Patrick especially! “I can't recommend any other company in the Omaha area other than Fish Freaks! I have been to all of them. Had a horrible experience at one of the other salt water businesses in the Omaha area. It was an experience that I don't wish on anyone. One business came through to save our project and deliver the best customer service. That was Fish Freaks! The staff is by far more knowledgeable on fish, corals, tanks, and systems than any other company in a 500 mile radius. No need to go anywhere else. I'm not some fake yelp or google account user. “I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. One of my dogs is an all white pitty. She's literally allergic to everything. Including this flea treatment. However, it works amazingly well for my other animals. It would be great if I didn't have to spend $90 on a flea collar, every 8 months ( s e r e s t o), for my Lily. But it's the only thing that works for her. My other dog and 2 cats have never had a flea on them using Petfriendly!! Saves a lot of money!!”

I go back and forth between locations because one is closer to home and the other is closer to work, and both are crazy fast. They even leave a little handwritten thank you note on each order. “I am not on social media but, felt compelled to share my story. Recently my 21 year old cat, Senorita, became sightless. It has been a difficult transition for us. I sometimes thought she would give up on life. I had to go out of town so she spent 2 weeks at the Grand Feline Spa and Hotel. I was very worried because it would be her first stay there sightless. The staff assured me things would be fine as they have worked with sightless cats. I did order massages for her to help keep her calm. I observed her through the in room camera. She seemed to adjust well to her new surroundings. The staff had placed everything where she could find it. They also repeatedly sprayed feliway on her bedding. After I picked her up I read the daily journal and she had eaten her food and all other activities were normal!! We flew to Arizona and I made an area for her like her room at the Grand Feline. Senorita's transition to Arizona has been seamless. No yowling, no confusion and she is eating all her food. I am very grateful to the staff for taking such great care of my Senorita. I must also thank the staff for showing me how to better take care of a sightless cat. They are real pros and so very caring. Senorita is comfy in Arizona and, i am happy for her. I highly recommend the Grand Feline Hotel & Spa.”

“We realized we needed boots for our dog a day or two after the rest of Omaha realized the need. Thus, all the big box stores were out of dog boots. We called around, and the team at Long Dog Fat Cat was fantastic. They let us know what they had, made sure they fit our dog, and held them for us as we drove across town to buy them. The store has a ton of great items for your furry housemate. And, bringing your dog in is welcomed. We found some nice treats and our dog boots. We were able to hit the dog park for a play date properly protected from the elements. We ended up going to 2 Long Dog Fat Cat stores during our search, and the staff at both were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend them for your pet needs!”

“The BEST place to get Dubai roaches and other 'bugs' for your Beardie!!!!!! I also bought most of my new enclosure needs to turn it into a bioactive environment for my big guy. All of the employees are so helpful and friendly. Totally worth the drive across town!!!!! They also have a ton of fish and fish products to build a new tank or keep your current tank clean and happy. Same with reptiles. The reptiles look healthy and happy and they have exotic fish. It's a great place to check out if you are interested in reptiles or fish!!”

“I found a lost dog this morning. The dog was clearly hungry but I was afraid of leaving him in the car to grab him food. I called TSC and asked if someone could run the food out to me and take my payment back inside. Not only did they bring the food out to me, they didn't charge me. That was above and beyond any expectations I had a I appreciate it so much!!!Another customer went in and grabbed him a bowl and a bone as well. Most caring staff and customers!”

“I booked an appointment with groomer Maya for my huge Goldendoodle Bonbon the day before Thanksgiving so he would be holiday-ready. Maya was fantastic! She was so genuinely warm to Bonbon and took time to learn how I wanted Bonbon groomed. I even requested a bow instead of a bandana...and when I picked him up that afternoon - wow was he cute, fluffy, and even had a bow on each ear!!!
