“So Gene is a loquatious gentelman you can't help but like & he's got the experience & knowledge to get you the aftermarket parts you need. Gene doesn't do the install anymore, but his tech is very good & fast. Price wise, despite a misquote on shipping is still cheaper installed than having stuff shipped to you & you install it yourself. The facility is nothing special but it let's the tech do it all right the first time & out of the elements & when your a bone head & need to get stuff done for the mother in law it beats freezing & busting your knuckles & teaching the kid new words that'll make the wife SO happy. “Was on a roadtrip and passing through when I noticed a nail in one of my tires. Called and they said they could get me in right away. True to their word, within 15 minutes they were working on the tire. However, they use a plug that comes from the inside of the tire and have to remove the tire from the rim. That is where the problems started. Their machine tore the sidewall of my tire and to top it off, they did not have one in stock they could replace it with. Obviously, I was not happy about this because the all terrain tires I run are $300 each, but things happen and I don't believe it was a result of their incompetence or anything like that. They were able to order the tire to arrive the next day. Put the spare on and spent the night unexpectedly in Scotts Bluff. The tire arrived before noon the next morning and they had it on and I was out the door before 1:00 with a new $300 tire, free of charge.All in all, not happy about the delay of my trip but the folks were friendly, appropriately apologetic, and not charging anything for the new tire when they possibly could have (my old tires have 40,000+ miles on them) left me with a positive feeling about the experience in general. This is the second time something has gone wrong at a Walmart Auto center (the first one was 20+ years ago in a different state) for me that was fully rectified to my satisfaction and would not hesitate about using them in the future.Service: Tires”
