Terrible customer service. Had a short call with the receptionist. Not helpful whatsoever. After explaining what I needed, she told me you're not taking on any new clients. I wish you had got to that a little bit sooner. I asked for her a referral. She didn't provide one.

I've been working with KBCA for nearly 6 months now. Their staff is professional, experienced and understanding. They have an excellent level of service and a deep knowledge of taxes, bookkeeping and financial planning.
