Just started at Nourished Performance and I am incredibly happy with the classes Ive attended so far. In addition, my personal trainer Kathy is awesome. It’s not a traditional gym experience, which in my eyes is a huge plus!

You wont find a better gym/trainers! This gym has it all. The most professional and knowledgeable trainers and the members become family! There is a good variety of class times/classes to choose from that can work into anyone's schedule.

Ragnarok Strength and Fitness is a private gym serving Gardnerville, Minden, and all of the Carson Valley. We are located in Douglas County, Nevada.
