Great food, cocktails & service. We had a large party with my grandmother who is hard of hearing so they put us in a private room in the back which was awesome. Highly recommend.

Located in the stunning Green Valley Ranch, Bottiglia is an ageless restaurant that offers sophisticated rustic Italian fare, cuisine that is approachable, friendly and savory, as well as a wine list that is robust and unique, giving guests and array of choices of vino from Napa, Sonoma, Italy, France and all around the world.
The effervescence of Bottiglia carries over from the bright and lively surroundings, which is appointed with floral prints and decorative touches, to the menu, which is bountiful with antipastas, salads, fresh fish and the housemade pappardelle bolognese.

About the restaurant & décor: Sandwiched between the casino and the south side parking lot, this restaurant has a bright and airy ambience that's accomplished with large plantation windows, an outdoor patio and a room awash in white with tile columns, pillars and chairs with floral prints. The Vespa scooter at the entrance may help put you in the mood for the Italian cuisine.Food & Drinks: Worthy choices on the antipasti menu are the tender char-grilled octopus with black garlic yogurt and zucchini flowers with lemon ricotta. House-made pastas are well represented by wild mushroom tagliatelle with black truffle cream and burrata; and spinach lasagna, which is a generous four-inch-high portion that has basil, mozzarella and ricotta. Fish and meat entrées include chicken Marsala with mushrooms, Marsala wine and chicken jus; wood-grilled New York strip with crispy artichokes and agrodolce steak sauce; Chilean sea bass with farro risotto, carrot purée and peas; and veal picatta with lemon, capers and white wine. Finish with the unique Tirami "Shoe" ? coffee-infused ladyfingers, mascarpone crème and espresso ganache scooped inside a high heel shoe made of edible chocolate. The fare is complemented by several wines by the glass, mainly from Napa/Sonoma, Italy and France; and specialty cocktails such as the Fresca Fizz blended with Grey Goose Vodka, raspberries, mint and Prosecco.
