22-minute phone call while they tried to locate my customer profile, without which they would not speak to me about product. Finally promised a callback that never came. A top-tier customer service experience all around.

The older saleslady Christina was extremely rude. Go to a different Chanel if you want friendly and helpful customer service. I would give this Chanel zero stars if possible.

Just landed and had to stop by the Vegas store it was great being here and bought myself 3 new handbags you can't go wrong with Chanel the service was amazing the staff wasn't too pushy just perfect.
