“I came in this store a little upset from the service I got at a different T-mobile location that same day. I decided to try this store on my way home and I’m glad I did. I was helped by Chris. He was able to answer all my questions in a clear and professional manner. He was polite and very patient. I was ready to cancel my service with T-mobile because of my first in-store experience that day, but Chris made me want to keep my service. I got a promotion on my account, I was able to get 2 new phones, and I was offered other promotions that I decided to decline. I was very satisfied with the customer care I received. Chris went over my options and was patient and dedicated his time to help me until my whole process was complete. It took about 2 hours and the whole time he was calm and professional. I needed 2 new phones and I was quoted over $120 for only 1 phone and a service plan more expensive at the first location. I ended up with 2 phones for $170 (the same ones I was originally offered at other location for a cheaper price) And I also got a bigger discount on my account for being a loyal customer for over 15 years. I’m glad I got a second opinion. I saved on the devices and in the long run on my bill. I highly recommend coming to this store and talking to Chris he definitely knows what’s available for each individual customer. I got a promotional package for being a loyal customer that I was not offered at the first store. Thanks!”

“Located in a cute, clean residential neighborhood next to Coffeebar. I took a second look when I walked in to see slot machines and remembered I’m no longer in CA. Then I went straight to the hot dog and roller section to see what flavors they have available. Monterey Jack chicken is my favorite and it’s always on rotation. Taco and cheese and Pepperoni are the rare ones.”

“I should have left this review a few weeks ago when it happened but luckily I got the card of the person who helped us. I just found the card!My 80ish neighbor was given a Samsung smartphone and smart watch. I'm an iPhone person myself, but I got her set up on her phone. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the watch to pair with the phone. We tried to make an appointment with the Geek Squad and could never make that happen either. My 5 stars reflects our IN STORE experience. Trying to get through on the phone or internet to book an appointment SUCKED. Zero stars for that part of the system. We decided to try a walk-in to see the Geek Squad. There were people ahead of us so I asked at the customer service desk, if she could make us an appointment. I explained our frustration about not being able to call for an appointment. A lovely helpful conversation ensued with Ashley V. She asked to see the phone and watch. Luckily there were no people in the customer service line. She kept fiddling with everything. We stepped aside as she helped people who did get in line. One of those people told us how much she loves BestBuy BECAUSE customer service is so helpful! It took a while but Ashley was tenacious and she finally got the watch talking to the phone! And she did not charge anything. I was honestly shocked. I hadn't had a very good opinion of Best Buy in general, before this. But mostly due to return policies and warranties. This was my first experience with customer service. And it was great. I'm thinking I haven't been to this store for several years. It seems like management may have changed. I love this BestBuy now. And I'm looking forward to going back. Thank you Ashley!”

“Ordering Drive-up at Target is a great service. The website is very user friendly. You let them know when you are on your way. When you arrive, you give them the parking space you are in. Your items are quickly brought out and loaded into your vehicle through whatever door you specify. I was asked for permission prior to my car door being opened and where they had my permission to set the bags. Efficient and customer friendly. Excellent job Target.”

“Don't you hate realizing that you're about to get on a flight and you've just forgotten something you need for your ... insert electronic device here ... And this place is open at the crack of dawn! There are a couple of options to buy electronic accessories at RNO, so depending on where you are when the lightbulb and panic sets in, you can buy it downstairs before you enter security at the same shop you buy bear souvenirs with the word TAHOE stamped on it, or if you are like me and are already upstairs, you can come here. Prices are a bit more expensive, but your selection will be better quality.”

Food, clothing, home decor, toys, electronics and a beautiful garden section. Today my doggie Olivia Cocobean and I, came to shop for food and home supplies. Prices are fair and you can can stop for a Starbucks coffee or snack before you leave. See you again target. Julie A”
