“I was on a business trip from California to Utah and back and on my return I developed a problem with the lights on my dash going crazy and speedometer not working I stopped in Winnemucca, Nevada and the first auto parts place I went to couldn't refer me to a mechanic and didnt even seemed like he wanted to talk to me so I left and one last try stopped at O'Reily auto parts 942 winnemucca blvd , Brayden checked my car to see if there were any error codes and didnt have one, however Jinnie and Amanda told me about this issue they had because they had a truck like mine and have seen others at the store purchase parts to fix theirs also with the same issue.They save me a hotel stay and a bill for the repairs from a mechanic. Turned out it wasn't a big issue with my truck anyway.I was 500 miles from home and was worried I might get stuck without a ride home”

Service (oil change and filters) should not be $250. pair that with diagnosing a couple small issues (charged 1 hr/ issue @ $155 / hr) ... you get the picture...”

“So the first 2 times I visited this store, I got the distinct feeling I was bothering the staff by actually wanting to purchase something. So I held off reviewing the store till I had gone back. I have gone back for parts 3 times now and staff, although not super friendly they were professional and helpful. I was pleased with the transaction and staff did do a fine job. I may have caught someone on a bad day my first few visits. But service has improved greatly.”

“We had a flat tire that was irreparable due to how it split. It’s Memorial Day weekend so all other tire centers are closed. Toby and Justin were so helpful and kind. Unfortunately they did not have a replacement tire in stock, but they did talk through all other options we could think of. I’ve never written a review but my experience has been so positive I wanted to give a shout-out to these guys!”
