“I cannot say enough about the quality service we received at Midas in Moncton, New Brunswick. We had to be towed there due to an issue with my vehicle. We were travelling from Quebec to Nova Scotia and ran into vehicle issues. The staff at Midas Muffler welcomed us and went above and ensured we were in the road safely. Also the service called for me Dynamic Towing was the best tow service I have had in a long time. He took better car of my vehicle than I would have. Arrived quickly, secured and transported me home fast and efficiently was able to turn around and be in Nova Scotia before end of lunch.”
“I had my brakes done in Dec 2024. I brought my car into the shop in Feb 2026 as there was a loud noise from rear brakes. They had a look and found the issue, repaired everything under warranty and I could not be happier. I’ve brought my car in several times over the years. “I had been experiencing a coolant leak for some time that kept getting worse. I had never dealt with Multi Radiator before but my experience has been nothing but excellent. My leak turned out to be more complicated than was expected. The technician Cory was absolutely amazing and did not give up until the problem was found. Here is where they have won me as a new customer. Turned out the leak was connected to the turbo charger which is work they do not do at their shop. Instead of sending me off to try and solve this issue on my own Cory took time out of his schedule to call around to dealerships to find someone who could do this work for me and explained everything that needed to be done. After finding a shop he also negotiated to allow me to supply after market parts which Cory would order for me and save me a lot of money. Who does this? Cory at Multi Radiator. That's who. This is the type of customer service that only comes from someone who takes total pride in his work and someone who cares about his customers. I should also mention that when Cory was not available his team mates Marcel and Serge were also awesome to deal with, Friendly, helpful and totally professional. Thank you guys for taking a whole lot of stress off my plate.”
