I highly recommend Elite Fitness. Fantastic owners and dedicated and caring trainers! I learned how to strengthen my body and repair my injured shoulder post-surgery. The flexibility of working out on my own anytime (open 24/7) is terrific. My 86-year-old father works out too! It's a fitness family, not a gym.

Always open, never too busy. Good selection of free weights and machines. And welcomed AC even in the most sweltering days. I sometimes work out just to cool off.

It’s a good gym, but it’s clearly meant for personal training sessions not individual lifting. The equipment is somewhat limited and attachments for the cable machines are just left on the floor. One power rack for the entire gym doesn’t make too much sense either, but the owner is very nice and it’s at a convenient...
