The arrangement makes sense; the two companies probably understand how each other works.Though we ultimately did not proceed with Radius due to having selected a Loan Officer that had been serving my in-laws family for many, many years, our time spent with Colby was still absolutely worthwhile.Colby treated us with kindness, respect, and was happy to answer all of our questions. He provided housing estimates promptly, even over the weekends, and genuinely seemed to care for his clients. The same goes for the other folks I worked with during the initial stages; Lindsay Palmer is also another standout.Again, the reasons my wife and I proceeded with a different officer are in no way a reflection on Colby.
