Bill walked me through exactly what I needed to do online to assure the storage was available that day, and that my nephew could get access. I ran into a few online hiccups, and Bill again helped me get it done. My nephew was able to get in the unit immediately, and commented on how great Bill was in person as well. Definitely the type. “Huckleberry Oil: One Christmas Miracle Coming Right UpI arrived home on Christmas eve day at noon to find my basement half flooded and the furnace motor underwater. House temperature was 38 degrees and dropping. After starting a sump pump, I left a message with Huckleberry's answering service and promptly received a call back from Jake. He was onsite within an hour and had the burner working by 4pm. Are you kidding me? Emergency service on Christmas Eve wrapped up in less than 3 hours?
