“Bought stuffed pork chops, forgot seasoning, they tasted great on their own. Their spicy sirloin was excellent for tacos and burritos. My dad loves the spicy sausages. We made shopping there a weekly event”

“This farm is a family owned farm with both owners working full time jobs besides the farm. Katie and Wally are both great people who take great pride in raising bison and bringing their products to the local Farmer’s markets. Good prices and great bison cuts. They are raising four great children who help out on the farm.”

“10/10 would recommend. Highly knowledgeable, high quality products, reasonable cost, very friendly and accommodating. Here's the thing… I thought this was just a butchery. I thought I knew a thing or two about a thing or two. Yet when I called in inquiring about some charcuterie components I was transferred to Tom and that's when I learned this wasn't just a butchery, and I didn't know this about that.Let me tell you, Tom knows his stuff and he took me to school in the most non condescending way imaginable. The passion and enthusiasm this man has for what he does is blindingly apparent. In our short phone conversation he was able to ascertain exactly what I was trying to accomplish, define what a workable budget range would be, all share a few different concepts that would check all the boxes. Even better, it was all sourced locally. It felt more like I was talking to a friend than anything else. I felt listened to and understood.Short story, long; I ended up bringing my traveling charcuterie board right to the shop, which we both got a kick out of. I just brought the thing for a visual aid, but Tom was all about it! He even offered to put the board together with me right then and there. And, bruh, the man's got skills and vision. Easily, he put together a presentation that would've put mine to shame. It was the difference between Van Gogh and my nephew's crayon drawing on my fridge that he claims is a dinosaur. The thing was gorgeous and received nothing but compliments during Friendsgiving 2023. I regret not taking a picture of it, but it wasn't on the table two seconds before we uncorked the wine and started to dine.Thank you, Tom. You really hit it out of the park and I'll be seeing you soon!”
