“The Huff team moved me out, stored my items for 4 mos., and then moved me into my new place. Callie was great to work with in the office. She and the warehouse manager were able to make things happen on the dates I needed when timing was tight. The "move out" team was terrific. Items stored were in pretty good shape. Even though stored in AC, I noted some evidence of possible humidity on some boxes but understand it in FL. Luckily nothing was damaged. The "move in" team was a bit less careful with things when unwrapping the blankets in the truck and moving things in without protection. Only one item had a small amount of damage (I did not make a claim). Overall, however, I recommend this company. The crews were polite and hard-working. They also respected the masking that I requested inside my homes. (My condo building required it.) I appreciated that in the heat and high humidity. Thank you to all!”

“The people working here have clearly have a small family owned business but they're super understanding and actually super friendly towards me every single time I have to interact with them and I'm constantly forgetting to make my payments sometimes I'll make two payments at once so they know that I always good for the money and they don't bad to me about it which I really really appreciate nowadays because everything's so crazy all the time. you can't even call and use a debit card over the phone which is extremely convenient there's no way to pay online yet unfortunately but I assume someday when they have the technology they'll update to that but again it's a small family one place I like the people there I like the place I like the U-Haul set up it's all fantastic. If anyone from the company is reading this I want to tell you directly thank you very much.”

“Never have I ever rented a storage unit, but I have heard plenty of horror stories from friends. An acquaintance highly recommended Bluebird and wow was she right! We were greeted by the warm and welcoming PAIGE, who toured us through various sizes and options for our downsizing move. Her patience with our many questions was a great example of excellent customer service. Quick with a smile and willing to show us as many locations we wanted to see while reminding us of facility features along the way. Complimentary coffee, tea and water? Thank you! An inside bay for bad weather? GREAT! An active food donation campaign to give back to the community? MY kind of people! Oh yeah, and not a dust bunny in sight! I AM super tempted to consider power walking all those hallways if the weather is bad this winter! I'll be my own Bluebird walking club! We haven't completely moved in yet, but hope we picked the right size!!!”

“Its clean and well operated but the escalation in prices was mind blowing! Starting at about $185 in 2016, it increased slowly to $202 as of Jan 2021 and then jumped to $217 for the rest of the year. I was then informed that rent was going up to $248!! A 22% increase in less than a year. I complained and was offered a rate of $228 but I've had enough. I'm out as of this week.”
