“I was so incredibly grateful for the quality service I received at this store yesterday afternoon. I'm a college student from out of state, and whenever I have car problems, I don't have anyone to help me. I needed to put oil in my car and I had the oil & funnel, but I couldn't get the cap off. The mechanic who last gave me an oil change twisted the cap on incorrectly, and it was impossible to get off. I came to AutoZone, and met Anthony C. I explained the situation and asked if he could take a look for me. He said "Absolutely!" Anthony was kind, enthusiastic, he explained everything to me, and made me feel very comfortable. He was able to get the cap off and helped me pick out a new one (we ended up having to break it off... that's how bad it was screwed on!). I don't know what I would have done without him. Anthony went above and beyond what is required of him, and I can't express how grateful I am for his help. I hope his excellent service is recognized by the owners and AutoZone corporate! I've always had great service at AutoZone, and their great employees are one of the reasons why I always choose to come back.”
