The Grazing Room at Colby Hill Inn is a New England dining destination aiming, as stated in a favorite guest quote, to be “more than about good dining”, to create “an exceptional experience”. Our mission of “bringing back the farm to this 1797 farmhouse” focuses our sourcing on local foods and has driven our own organic farming. Dining rooms are lovely and connect to parlors and outdoors - or dine privately in the woods or barn! Chef Bruce Barnes, the former lead chef at the World Bank, excels at authentic, broadly reaching, global cuisine and presents wine dinner menus that pair exceptionally well with stellar wines. He also brings an eclectic, and fun, approach to dining that is reminiscent of his two former East Village restaurants.
