“After having a not so great experience with our previous couch, I am very happy with the new couch that was delivered. Cindy in Bedford took the time to listen to me and didn’t waste our time showing me couches that wouldn’t fit within the specifics that I wanted. She was incredibly knowledgeable and anything she didn’t know off the top of her head (which wasn’t much) she quickly looked up for me. I feel like with Cindy’s help I was able to find the perfect couch for my family. Our delivery experience was also wonderful. Jorge from JB Hunt was friendly, efficient and tidy. I didn’t feel rushed by him at all and he made sure I was happy with the couch and with the placement. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I’m so happy I chose to go with Boston Interiors again. The quality and professionalism is unmatched on every level.”

“For anyone who has a veteran that passed away: flagcases here at Michaels cost less than at a funeral home. The cases are not quite as heavy or as good quality as the ones funeral homes get but these are still very nice. Our funeral home recommends getting your case at Michaels or a similar store because the cost to quality ratio is better.”

“We recently moved to the area and were very excited to find Endicott Furniture in Concord. The staff is excellent to work with. We had the pleasure of working with Richard. We purchased a beautiful dining set and bedroom dressers. There were some delays due to Covid and supply chain issues, but the office manager Mary was so wonderful to work with. She updated us regularly and was always eager to help. The store owner Eric was always present in the store. Great family-owned business! The delivery team was wonderful, very professional and pleasant. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars.”

“I’m giving 5 stars for Molly in fabrics! Molly is always in good spirits when I shop there and very helpful and pleasant. I agree with some of the other reviewers that there are definitely some rude staff members. I went last week and the store manager Karen was incredibly rude. She came across as overworked, frustrated, and condescending. Crafting is such a fun creative stress reliever and shopping for supplies should be fun, right? I’ve spent a lot of money at this store and even thought of applying for a part time job, but not with that manager YIKES!”
