“Very pleasant, clean location, short wait time (10 min) and experienced, kind phlebotomist technician made the whole process painless and as good as you can get. Other reviews here seem to be about unrelated issues with insurance companies, inability to reach the testing location by phone, etc. I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience this morning that I had to write this review as soon as I got home. Note, you have to make your appointment through Quest Diagnostics (website is the easiest) and you cannot call the location directly to change, cancel, etc. The technician said that if you don't have to fast for your testing, afternoon appointments are usually the easiest to come by and the lab is very quiet at that time. My morning appointment was pretty quick, however - 10 minute wait.”
