“Portland Glass was very friendly and helpful. They even contacted my insurance company with me to see what my coverage was. The windshield was installed in record time. I was disappointed that they didn't clean the floor mats of their boot marks. I recommend they put down paper mats to avoid the mess left for the customer. Otherwise, I was really happy with their skills repairing my cracked windshield. And yes, I recommend this service.”

I did shop around for a few quotes and I settled on Kidder’s because of their clear and kind communication, how patiently they talked through the work that needed to be done, and their advocacy on my behalf (insurance claims are wild).
Someone backed into my rear door, requiring a full door replacement and paint blending to color match. Kidder’s did an outstanding job - my car looks great and the color is perfect! You might not even know its been fixed 😄

“I went in for an inspection sticker but ended up needing a part that would of costed around $1000 without labor, instead of him profiting of the situation he referred me to a guy that was able to custom fab the part together for me and install it for under $200. That was the first time I had ever had dealings with the guy, he showed me theirs still good honest business owners out here. Their the ONLY garage I've had positive experiences with in the area and I highly recommend for any of your auto repairs or maintenance!”

“I have two Velux older skylights that I was sure were leaking at the glass on the down slope of the skylight. I assumed a bad seal. Mark came out today and evaluated the issue to be a bad roof flashing issue and explained how the skylight has holes for water to escape. I appreciate his honesty and making a stop at my home as scheduled even on this snowy day. I will certainly come back to Granite State Glass next time I need glass work on my home or car. Maxine and the other office staff were very helpful in setting up the appointment. Thanks Mark and Maxine!”

“They got me in and out really quick for a state inspection but I'm not convinced that they looked at the brakes which was a concern of mine. I did not say this to them but that is a requirement that you have to take one front and one rear wheel off. Or, at least it was when I was doing NH inspections back in 2014. They left a bunch of sticky residue from the previous inspection sticker on my windshield. I'm not too happy about it but, whatever. I didn't have to pay for it thanks to my dealership telling me that they comptd. them, which was untrue three weeks after purchasing the vehicle. They still did it for free (for me) so for that, I thank you.”

I was reluctantly searching for a new to me vehicle as my beloved Touareg was on its last leg and had several cars swept out from under my feet! The car I inquired about was in the body shop and due recent disappointment with other dealers I was concerned this one might sell before I was able to see it. Patrick assured me he would keep me in the loop and contact me as soon as it was back… and that he did! I was, probably, a little overbearing and sent too many emails as my fear of being shut out was ever present. Patrick graciously replied promptly at every inquiry and now I am driving around in an awesome lil rig.. and Patrick’s knowledge and down to earth demeanor set me at ease with buying my first ever non Volkswagen!
