I fried my RW Certifier, contacted support to see if there was a chance of them repairing it. I honestly thought I was going to have to buy a new one. Erich and his crew went above and beyond what I expwcted of them. A-1 customer service. Responded within minutes with my emails. I am super impressed! Thank you.

Cancelled my order, because they suspected it was fraudulent . Not sure how I can proof that I am real. May be make sense to contact customer first, instead of cancelling ?

Don’t try calling them because they don’t have tech-support. I spent $700 I bought this tester and can’t get help with it.
