“This is a good advance Auto parts. The staff is friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Last time I went in they had this new guy and he was a little rough around the edges but he'll learn. They have a good selection in the store is always neat clean and organized. Usually there is plenty of parking and it's easy to get in and out of the parking lot.”

There was only 1 guy behind the counter (Tony) and he was clearly frustrated at his co-workers who were either running late or not showing up at all. Tony profusely apologized for me having to wait for 10 minutes & I told him it was all good & I know the feeling as I have worked in the parts business for over 15 years myself. Get Tony some reliable help!”

“Dear Mr. Gibbs, I am having a hard time trying to reply to your review. Until I figure that out I am doing my own review. I am sorry things didn't work out but what happened was you told me on 10/27/21 at 11:20 AM that you would be in Plaistow at 4 PM. I explained more than once that the unit would not be ready till 11/1/21. The customer that was in the unit called in a panic at 12:49 PM and I tried to call you immediately. I then texted at 12:50 PM the situation. I explained and told you how very sorry I was. Not once did I ever request a payment from you. I never even take a deposit until people sign a contract. I am very sorry this happened. As you can see from the other reviews that I try very hard to run a great business. Closing dates are crazy and unfortunately I contacted you too soon. I have learned that lesson. I hope you will give me another chance to show you how great our business is. I have a unit and would be happy to honor the 2021 price if you need a unit. “Kassy was super helpful. We walked in pretty close to closing time and she helped us check our battery, buy one, and install it in the RAIN. Very professional, prompt , efficient. She offered to put it in , I didn't even want to ask because of the rain. So sweet and it wasn't easy as there was some bolts that weren't correctly installed and she had to remove them. 10/10 recommend”
“My car was hit in a parking lot and sustained passenger door and quarter panel damage on 9/26. The other person's insurance recommended a local shop for the estimate. Their earliest date was 10/5 with earliest repair date of 10/23. Having used B & J in the past, I gave them a call for help. Chuck provided an estimate on 9/29. B & J worked with the insurance company because I mentioned they weren't on the list of recommended vendors.Car was brought in on 10/9 and completed by 10/19. Davina handled all paperwork and rental car pickup/drop off. I couldn't be happier with the finished result. The interior and exterior were clean and paint blended nicely.
