“The best auto body and mechanical repair shop period. I've had the privilege of knowing Shaun since I was a little kid, and my family has been going to him since before I was born (I'm in my 20s). You won't find a more honest and hardworking mechanic than Shaun, his work is his passion, and the level of care that goes into his work and customer service reflects that. He's been my mechanic ever since I've been driving, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Every time I need to have work done on my car he is transparent and goes over all my options with me for how to fix things. Sometimes people's goals with their vehicles are different, and I greatly appreciate that he respects things aren't always one size fits all. I've had 3 cars so far in my life, a $500 crappy beater subaru, a mechanically solid, but rusted Toyota, and lately I've finally been fortunate enough to own something much newer. No matter what I brought to him, I've always had the best customer service and quality of work. If you're looking for someone who you can trust, and treats every car like a Porsche regardless how new or old your vehicle is, he's your guy.”

“Dear Mr. Gibbs, I am having a hard time trying to reply to your review. Until I figure that out I am doing my own review. I am sorry things didn't work out but what happened was you told me on 10/27/21 at 11:20 AM that you would be in Plaistow at 4 PM. I explained more than once that the unit would not be ready till 11/1/21. The customer that was in the unit called in a panic at 12:49 PM and I tried to call you immediately. I then texted at 12:50 PM the situation. I explained and told you how very sorry I was. Not once did I ever request a payment from you. I never even take a deposit until people sign a contract. I am very sorry this happened. As you can see from the other reviews that I try very hard to run a great business. Closing dates are crazy and unfortunately I contacted you too soon. I have learned that lesson. I hope you will give me another chance to show you how great our business is. I have a unit and would be happy to honor the 2021 price if you need a unit.
