We do just about all of our grocery shopping at Market Basket in Portsmouth. They almost always have everything we need in stock. Nice clean store, most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking, easy in and out, and great shopping hours as well.

I normally avoid Market Basket because of the poor quality of produce, over crowded aisles and overall frustration of being there. Today they put all my cold items in the same bag as a hot rotisserie chicken. This is exactly why I pay more to go to Hannaford.

Love shopping here! I can always find what I need. Prices fit my budget more than other stores do. I plan my weekly menu by utilizing the weekly flyer and bu y ing extra, if the price is right, for the freezer.
