I hate the food is premade and frozen when you get it. Everything used to taste better but the coffees and lattes are still great and the Rochester store by the new Irving on 125 has the friendliest

Service with a smile at every location I have visited. The locations that are larger have comfortable, clean areas to relax and enjoy or get a little work done. The wide assortment of Torani flavors makes for endless combinations to enjoy.
