“They are lovely people here. Always take great care of my animals. My parents have been bringing their dog here for years, and my wife and I recently moved here and started bringing our cats. Our cats have always been taken care of very well, and the staff is incredibly helpful and great. Bring your animals here if you need them to be well taken care of.”

“I was so delighted with the compassion, kindness, and knowledge of the staff. They even contacted me a few times after my visit with my sick cat, to ensure that he was feeling better. Which he is, thanks to them. I have never experienced a veterinarian clinic follow up before. They care. They have heart. I will only be coming to this veterinarian and will recommend them to everyone I know.”

“I am so beyond pleased to have found Health and Wellness animal hospital. I had a pet emergency for my cat today and not only did they take us right away, but they are very genuine and kind. I had only taken my puppy there since I recently moved to the area and they took my cat without question or giving me a hard time. I feel comfortable coming to them with any of my pets needs and that really means the world to me! Grateful! ??”

“This last visit when we couldn't see our lovely female vet Dr. Senter who was on vacation, We saw Veterinarian Dr Mike Anderson. He and both of the technicians were absolutely great with our dogs!! We have one who can be temperamental with new people especially men and she had no problem being in the room supporting her sister who was being examined and getting blood drawn. They allowed me to be involved to comfort my nervous dog while she got examined. I also loved that they allowed our other tempermental dog to accompany her sister and no muzzle was required! They were knowledgeable and listened to our concerns and made it super easy to order our dogs prescriptions through Chewy. We will continue to make the drive for the exceptional care! Thanks for all you do!”

“My bearded dragon Toothless unfortunately tested positive for a stubborn parasite earlier this year. During this very stressful time, the Greenland Vet staff were exceptionally supportive throughout the whole process. They offered Information about the parasite, responded thoroughly and quickly to all of my questions via email, and offered plenty of advice on products I could buy for his enclosure to make it sterilizable along with step by step instructions on what to do. My beardie just tested negative a few weeks ago thanks to Greenland Vet, Dr Hale, and their caring staff. They still are following up to check in on him, and asking me to let them know how the recovery process is going. As a someone who appreciates detail, I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for someone to not only answer any questions you have and more, but also truly care about your animal. Thank you Greenland Vet!! -Olivia and Toothless”

“I came to oyster river veterinary when I had already spent 1500 at another vet that could not diagnose why was slowly killing my cat. I went to oyster river veterinary because I could not afford another emergency vet bill but desperately wanted to get my cat better. The doctor and staff were very attentive and listened the the whole, long story of what my cat had been through and suggested ways to diagnose what was going one. They listened, didn’t try to upsell expensive testing, but recommended what could help to diagnose and treat my cat. Tonight she is doing ok. I can’t thank the doctor and staff enough for their attentiveness and expertise without the price gouging other vets do. They kept my cat all day, diagnosed and treated her and only charged me 299. I almost cried with relief after they told me the total after I’d spent 2k to try to save her with no results at another vet. I have 3 dogs and 5 cats so they have 8 new patients. I couldn’t recommend them any higher. I had the best care and service without me feeling like they were there for the money. They are there genuinely for the care of the animals and it shows in their care and expertise. I can’t thank you enough for the care and compassion you have to not only my cat but to me in a very stressful situation. Thank you thank you thank you!!! I will definitely be back!!”

“Great veterinarian practice. I've seen 2 of the 3 vets and could not be happier. They are kind and caring and very skilled professionals. Vet techs go above and beyond. Admin staff is also terrific. You'd be hard pressed to find a better vet office.”

“Took my two cats for rabies vaccination but also had additional questions as both had tummy issues - the vet did not have to do any of it (the place was for vaccinations only) but she also gave them a dewormer, discussed food choice with me and suggested a prebiotic that seems to help. Great staff (and affordable option)! I recommend the place.”

“New cat brought in for wellness check after leaving the shelter a week ago and to update immunizations. Cat was fearful, but staff was quiet spoken around him and allowed him to sniff objects. Took him an hour or less to decompress from vet visit upon returning home. Staff was patient and explained everything.”

“Absolutely fantastic experience. My cat needed testing for his heart. I was extremely nervous. The staff was very kind and they got us in quick. They took very good care of my baby as he was terrified. The provider was extremely knowledgeable and explained his results in a way that I would understand. It was a little pricey but totally worth it to make sure my baby was healthy. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone seeking good quality care for their fur baby.”

“Last week we brought our sweet Axel boy into the emergency vet because he was lethargic and his breathing was off. Dr. Josh evaluated him and we unfortunately were faced with the unthinkable after receiving terrible news and a grim prognosis. Dr. Josh explained everything well and with kindness, even though I know breaking news like this isn’t an easy burden to bear. We made the gutting decision to lay our boy to rest and relieve his pain. It was one of the worst nights of my life and hardest things I have had to do. With that being said, the staff and Dr. Josh were so kind, accommodating and understanding. They allowed my husband to go home to get our other dog, Axel’s best friend Harley, to be there and say goodbye (Dr. Josh mentioned previous families having done this and gave us the option when we expressed worry about Harley being confused as to where Axel went.) They made sure Axel was as comfortable as he could be while we said goodbye to our best friend. Thank you for making the experience a little less traumatic by the kindness and care you all provided. Thank you Dr. Josh for the kind sympathy card you sent us as well, it meant a lot.”
