“This is the second time using Caliber Collision because I had such a great experience the first time. Text messages kept coming in with daily updates of where the fixing process was. All staff members whom I dealt with were professional and explained in details all the work done to my vehicle. I have recommended this shop to a few people already and will continue to do so if asked in the future.”
“A local honest shop. In the past the dealership (about 1 year ago) advised that I needed brakes immediately as, mine were on the verge of failure. I personally did not experience any problem with stopping, so I passed. Brought my truck in for an oil change and asked if they could check my brakes. Nothing wrong with my brakes, just the dealership trying to use scam and scare tactic, because I am a woman of a certain age, or just because I'm a woman. Eaglespeed, also ran diagnostics, at my request since the check engine light would come on intermittently, and I knew from Onstar that it was a possible emissions issue. My gas cap, was not sealing well, they fixed it, said it it happened again, come on back, I might need a new gas cap. Professional, attention to detail, all included in the oil change.

“I had an issue with the bearing on my trailer needed replacement. Called a few places and none said they could handle but E&L said they could. Repaired it ahead of schedule and the cost was reasonable. Not only did they repair it they also cleaned up my wheel. Honestly wasn't expecting that. Definitely recommend them.”
“I got a screw in my tire on the nj parkway. This should not surprise anyone. Jesse had a new tire put on in under thirty minutes. Great price too. I stayed in their waiting room while I was there. They have a kid zone area with a drawing of a Cars looking car with Mavis logos on it. Not sure if that’s copyright infringement or if I just didn’t see this particular Mavis character in Cars. I guess I got to watch the trilogy again soon. Very cool. Thank you Mavis!!”

“I have been using A US Auto Glass for 10 or 15 years now. He does quality work, shows up on time, and is reasonably priced. On this install he recommended a different windshield molding that was less expensive and looks a lot better than the stock molding. Over the years he has saved me a lot of money on windshield replacements. I highly recommend A US Auto Glass.”

“My experience was a bit of a rollercoaster, but ultimately ended on a positive note. I needed a replacement passenger seat for my car, couldn't find the relevant part at any other salvage yard. The first one came with a severed electrical harness, so it was useless to me. I worked with Jacob on the phone and eventually he made sure I got the same seat with an intact harness by interfacing with the salvage yards directly. As compensation for the screw-up, he also had the replacement shipped directly to the dealership where I was going to have the work done. Initial encounter was so-so, but Jacob's customer service was outstanding.”
“They took my golfcart to fix brakes I'm very thankful it will be a week tomorrow hoping it's ready for our camping trip 2 music festivals we are volunteering at...I'm hoping it's not to much hoping for a great break job...looking forward to picking my golf cart up...Tracy is gonna build my brakes to my golfcart...can't wait to feel safe again...
