“I can’t say enough good things about Long Hill Automotive. I brought my Ram in with some major shifting and electrical issues that had been giving me a lot of trouble. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem, figured out exactly what was going on, and got everything taken care of.
What really impressed me was the level of service. After the work was completed, they actually called me to follow up and make sure everything was running properly and that I was happy with the repair. You just don’t see that kind of customer service very often anymore.
Knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and they genuinely seem to care about their customers. My truck is running great, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Must have been a faulty sensor. I appreciate the time they spent looking for any leaks. Greg said it was no charge. I have been coming here for years and all the advisors I have dealt with including Greg have been professional, courteous and understanding. “I've been getting my replacement tires from here for years and will continue to do so for years to come. I love Costco. But a PSA for all, check that your tire lug nuts are secure even after the suggested torque check. Do this atleast once or twice after tires have been changed. You should also perform monthly tire pressure checks.”
