The tech said he was going to do one thing and instead he did another and because of that we had to pay more then we need to. He was on time.

My washing machine broke down over the weekend. We called Alpha and they came out Monday morning at 9AM. Mike fixed the problem and he is very reasonable in pricing. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him again if any of my appliances need repair!!Service: Washing machine repair
