“I was struggling to find someone who could remove a rounded off and stuck oil pan drain plug. I asked for word-of-mouth suggestions and Van Meter came up. Keith called me around 2:30PM and was able to squeeze me in the same day, after I was done work. Not only was his team able to remove the plug, but he also showed it to me and described what he thought the original cause was. Finally, they reached out by text the following day to make sure that I was satisfied with the quality of their workmanship. Therefore, between the attention to detail and the fact that I live only about two miles from their shop, I plan on returning for my automotive needs.”

“Well, my car broke down on the Interstate, a mere 1.6 miles from Rob's Auto. I called, desperate, essentially saying, "My car is overheating and I'm going to try to limp it to you guys. I dunno if there's anything you can do but..." The woman on the other end of the phone (Rob's wife), told me an integral and important little tidbit, "If you're gonna drive it and it's overheating, put some water in the coolant reservoir, it could help you get here." And damned if it didn't get me there. When I arrived, Rob came out and assessed the situation despite being busy with other work. The coolant reservoir was empty, thus my car overheating. It had a leak. I was an hour and a half from home. Rob filled up these two gallon barrels with water and refilled the reservoir. He said, "Just pay attention to the temperature gauge and refill it as you go. Typically, you wouldn't just use water but this will get you home." And it did. Rob and his wife helped a man far from home make it home with no payment or anything, just good hearts. I appreciate that. Thanks guys!!”

“My daughter was in an accident ,and the place Riehl’s that the police towed the car to was ridiculous. They charge way too much for every little thing and rude. Wanted to charge me double of what Amy’s towing charged me, and Riehls didn’t have to drive anywhere to get the car, the car was at their yard. The car was going about 5miles from the yard. I seen Amy’s towing online and they had great reviews. I know why!! Greg was the best. He was there when he told me he would be, even texted me. He was professional, courteous, empathetic to my situation, and gave me advice. He even asked where I wanted the car and after he got it off the flat bed, put the car exactly where I wanted it!! I will never use another tow company again!! I hope I never need one again, lol, but if I do I’m calling Amy’s Towing!! Thank you Greg for all your help!! I greatly appreciated it!!”
