“Excellent customer service!!! After having a very bad experience in the Lynhurst location with trying to exchange a faulty charger went to this location spoke with Steven who was very polite helped me right away. Got me my new charger and was out the door extremely fast. I recommend coming here straight off the bat then go in any other locations especially stay clear of the Lynhurst location. “30 year ATT cell phone customer. After a disappointing experience at the nearest store in my area ( New York Hudson Valley area ) I decided to try a new ATT store. The store in Ridgewood NJ is 20 min away. I wanted a new iPhone. I called ahead to make sure they had the IP 17. Billy answered and assured me they had them in stock. When I arrived Billy greeted me with a big smile. He made me feel welcomed and appreciated. He made sure I was informed and didn’t try to over sell and rush me. He took his time to explain everything. I was very happy with my experience at this store. It will be my new go to store even though it’s in NJ. It’s worth it.”
