“Huffs truly operates with integrity as its primary characteristic. I have been brought my BMW 335i in expecting to need significant work 3 times in the last two years. The auto status reported the need for breaks which was not the case and they were quick deliver the good news; a front end issue which they felt I would be better served at the dealer, are examples of serious maintenance issues. I could continue but the true story here is the restoration of trust in a business fraught with suspicion. Peace of mind has no price tag.”
“I suspected my car might have a blown head gasket. I called J&B in the late afternoon and Brian told me to drop it off the next day and that it would cost up to, but not more than, an hour's labor to diagnose it. He called me the next morning, having already looked at the car, and said it didn't take him long to confirm that the car did indeed have a blown head gasket. With zero pressure, he gave me the various options on the cost to repair the car or replace the engine with a used one, and completely understood when I told him I didn't want to put any more money into an 11 year old car with 260,000 miles on it. He then said that since it didn't take him long to diagnose it, there was no charge and I could come and get the car whenever I wanted. He could easily have told me it took him an hour to do a compression test, etc. etc. and charged me the full hour's labor, but instead he charged me nothing. I will definitely bring him my future car when it needs maintenance or a repair.”

“Let me start out by saying after the accident my neighbor referred me to Rob’s Collision due to his outstanding experience.
Anthony and his team handled our situation with professional and personal care. Anthony responded within minutes of our crash by sending out the tow truck which had a 15 min response time. Additionally, the tow truck driver was very professional in his response and handling the appropriate transportation of our car. Also, Anthony assisted personally on how to go about the situation with our family and how to even approach replacing the child seats in the car through our insurance which was something we did not know about and our insurance company didn’t even share with us. Moreover, upon pick up our fixed vehicle we discussed our situation to ultimately upgrade our vehicle for a third row in the future. The tow driver was at the shop and even showed us his personal vehicle with its capabilities for our growing family. Also, Anthony went out of his way to replace the vehicle’s battery as it was at its end of life and the vehicle wouldn’t start separate from the body work issue. This establishment is not just a body shop, it’s a personally caring business who supports its community who go through these unfortunate experiences.

“Prompt, finished early, and guaranteed their work. They did a great job repairing my Honda and were really helpful. They got me in quickly, told me what they were doing and updated me with texts along the way. The work they did was beautiful and they gave me a contract that they would stand by their work. When I thought I saw a small scratch, I called them, went in, and they showed me it was outside the scope of work, but they gave me a quick touchup anyway. The whole time they were super nice and patient with me. I brought my kids and the office people were really great about letting them have a piece of candy and look around.
I also picked up and dropped off a rental car for the duration of the work and that couldn't have been smoother.
I initially went to C&L because my insurance partners with them. In the future I will go out of my way to use them again.”

“I was recently here to have my rear bumper fixed. The staff are very friendly, quick, and communicate well. My car was estimated to take a week and was done in just 3 days. They gave it a great wash and it looked better than ever.”
