“Louie had an encounter with a raccoon, so I took him to the vet. We met our new veterinarian and vet tech, and Louie was surprisingly calm and comfortable throughout the visit. It was a great experience! The new office is beautiful, too. I can’t complain about the prices because vet care seems to be expensive everywhere, although the office visit fee did go up. 🐾❤”

“I have a French Bulldog. French Bulldogs are kind of like the Range Rover of the dog world—they’re something of a status symbol despite a reputation of having a design that is not terribly robust. They are overpriced, high maintenance, and expensive to fix. If you were to add up the number of vets, specialists, and surgeons my 6.5 year-old Frenchie has seen, the number would be in the double digits, including a Bulldog breed specialist in Orange County, CA. I offer this to you as context; when I say Dr. Glennon at New Bridge Veterinary Practice sets the standard for veterinary care, it is not without numerous relative comparisons. Dr. Glennon has provided better dermatological care than the board certified dermatologist with the fancy office who charges 3 times as much. She’s handled post operative care for complications from a surgery that she did not perform. She’s cleaned teeth, performed skin biopsies and called in prescriptions on holidays. I’ve left her office after an extensive visit, and she’s called me later that night (after hours) with another treatment option she had thought of since we had left. I could talk ad nauseam about her experience and technical proficiency (both of which are vast), but what really sets Dr. Glennon apart from other vets is how much she cares. I truly get the feeling that she treats my dog the way she would one of her own. And for what its worth, she provided the same care for my wife’s family dog, who was not a cute, friendly French Bulldog, but a monster of a Shiba Inu who never met a vet he didn’t want to bite. She showed him a level of compassion, patience and understanding that quite frankly he did not deserve. That’s just who Dr. Glennon is. One time she got on the ground, grabbed the sides of my dog's face, and kissed him right on the mouth, for no particular reason. In summation, if you’ve made it this far into my rambling review and you still have reservations—don’t… you can’t go wrong with Dr. G. I plan on having dogs until the day I die, and I know they will be in the best hands possible, until the day that she retires.”

We have known her for at least 20 years and 6 of our kitties in the family have been taken care of by her. She has saved one of our babies' life at least 3 times! “Dr. Cassandra Ring is the best veterinarian my Willow had, yes had, because he passed away on 5/6/2026 at the office. She and my family were by his side, but she cried as if Willow was her baby. Our Willow, Pitbull mix was 16.5 years old. The office personnel were also in tears, as they said goodbye to Willow with us. Finding such empathy is unique, this office has it, our hearts are devastated by the transition of our beloved Willow, at least he knew such beautiful love. They handled everything for us❤️”

For 16 years, my dog never got the compassion he truly deserved—most vet offices felt cold and impersonal. Near the end of his life, I reached out here. Even though we weren’t patients, they listened, offered advice, and followed up to check on him.
When it was time, I brought him in. I was sitting on the floor with my dog, and Dr. Simon came in and sat down on the floor next to us. She immediately showed more empathy and attention than any vet I’ve ever met. She teared up and wanted to hear all about his life.
We laughed, we cried, and I left heartbroken—but deeply grateful.”
“We bring our senior dog -- 15 years old 15 pound cockapoo -- here for regular check-ups. A few days ago, the dog had several days of continuous diarrhea. We brought her in on an emergency basis. “Well I have been a client of Dr Saunders since the year 2000 if that tells you how much trust I put into her and her staff. She's known five of my six cats through the years and she and her staff have taken exceptional care of our pets. Lisa at the front desk is super efficient. She runs that place very well. The vet techs are wonderful and take care of my four kids and send me pictures when we are boarding them. Dr Saunders also adopts out cats and that's how we wound up with 2 of ours through the years. I travel all the way from Fairfield County Connecticut to go here that's how much trust I am and how loyal I am.”
