“No complaints. My local branch prints ATM cards. My card number was compromised,and the mobile banking system put a hold on my card.It would have taken 3-5 business days to receive a new one. Luckily, my bank printed one out in about 10 mins. 3-5 business days is a long time during the Christmas season.”

“This is not a bank, folks. So don’t expect cash transactions. Sheesh. I visit this office at least once a month to deposit money using CHECKS. Transactions are always handled quickly and accurately.I have several accounts. My advisor at this particular office has always taken the time to explain various options to me and complete purchases quickly. If you are upset about losing money, perhaps you should consider lower risk investments.”

“Just to let everyone that I have been with PNC Bank for a very long time in North East Philadelphia and never had a major experience with the Banks and now I live here in New Jersey. When I came here to live in Cherry Hill. One day I happen to see a PNC Bank right around the corner from where I live I stop in to have my account information change . When inside there was one of the teller's and I ask about having my personal info and they help me with a friendly smile and show me to see some one in the office and the person who was friendly too . That is what I called excellent service. They have a outside drive-thru ATM and a second one in the lobby. That's what's nice if one machine's down the others up. They also have this cool new feature called the virtual wallet which I recommend”

I feel comfortable with him helping me in the future.It is advised to make an appointment before visiting the branch for customer service needs. They do have a mobile check-in system.”

“I have been visiting this bank for about 3 years and the people have always been very helpful and friendly. I don't understand why the negative reviews. There are always going to be lines wherever you go and the lines I've seen here are nothing compare to other banks. The only inconvenience, and it's not that bad, is the parking but I have always been able to find one and I have never needed more than a quarter for parking. Perhaps the people that complaint are the ones with the attitude problem and should look at themselves and learn to be patient. We are living in a world where people are always rushing. Peace be still. I do recommend this bank.”
