I love this studio - very clean, spacious, great classes are offered and the instructors always give you an amazing work out. I was always afraid to try hot yoga, but I gave it a shot and now I’m in love. Try Chris’s class - she’s one of my favorites!!

Under new ownership in the past year or so with soothing new added amenities, this studio is by far my fave. The beautiful, warm environment is inviting to both expert and novice yogi’s. Highly recommend.
