“Dennis was very helpful and knowledgeable. He goes the extra mile for his costumers. I came in with my brand e-bike for repair after I had taken it to another bike shop to install liners/inserts. Apparently the mechanic did not know how to add tire inserts and instead damaged my brand new rear tire. After looking for reputable e-bike shops online I found Voltaire. I showed up, explained what happened to Dennis and he quickly went to work to repair my bike. He explained what was wrong with my rear tire and how it was damaged. Turns out it was more than tire damage but he took care of it in less an hour or so. Friendly atmosphere, great selection of bikes and quality work. Would highly recommend for someone looking to buy an e-bike or simply looking for a good mechanic for your e-bike. Will be visiting again in the future.”

They also have a huge selection of bikes kids, teens, adults and old school type as well they also have a wall full of different accessories that you would use if you break down in the middle of a ride . Steve did an excellent job with the installation and the bike was returned the next day with tires full, gears tuned, and brakes centered. I took the tires off to bring the bike to the shop, so I know they centered the brakes. The bike was returned in excellent condition. The shop is highly recommended, and did an excellent job.”

“I'm not gonna tell you to ignore the naysayers... but IGNORE THE NAYSAYERS! This bike shop is far and away one of the best shops in NJ. I brought in my old Bottechia, chrome alloy framed bike for an overhaul and they restored it to new. It rides better now than when I bought it 30 years ago! Raphael and the guys at Chelsea know their stuff. (I also loved hearing stories of him working with Eddie Merckx and Bernard Hinault - the LeBron and Kobe of the bike world.) Raphael is the real deal, a classic bike maker and fixer and he knows what he's doing. You can't do better than Chelsea Bicycles!”
