“I have been going to Bianca jewelers for a long time - mostly to repair jewelry and watches. They always do a great job and are responsive and friendly. Today, I brought in a necklace that my toddler had broken. It wasn't fine jewelry, but it was a wedding gift that I am very attached to. After taking a careful look and explaining what could and couldn't be done, Lisa took out her pliers and carefully re-attached the clasp to the chain, handing it back at no cost. I'm not able to afford the fine pieces they sell in the store, but they always make me feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend!”

“Marie is amazing!!! Literally a fairy godmother of wedding dresses! I knew I always wanted to wear my mother's dress from her 70's wedding but with some updates. I searched everywhere and finally found My Metro Fit. Marie was so great and understanding from the start. I would recommend Marie for anything you need with your dress alteration needs! She does it all. We kept the skirt of my mom's dress and re-did the bodice. Marie hand stitched all of the embroidered flowers back on to my new dress. She even re-used the beads to make new cuffs! 10000% recommend My Metro Fit!”

“My experience with Carol Hannah and the rest of the staff far exceeded my expectations. From the minute I walked in and worked with Nicole trying on dresses, I knew I was going to get my dress here. Nicole had a way of knowing what would look best on me and she showed me a dress that I didn’t even think I would try one and I loved it. They worked with me on changing the top of the dress so I would be more comfortable. I also worked with Anna during all of my fittings and she made sure everything fit perfectly and that I was happy with the dress throughout the whole process. They were even able to sew in my husband’s and my Army name tapes into the dress. Carol Hannah, Nicole, and Anna truly went above and beyond to make my dress amazingly special! “Teresa was absolutely incredibly in guiding me through the process of purchasing an engagement ring for my fiance. I met with her in early February and she did not put any pressure on me at all. Even though I had a very clear cut idea of what kind of ring I was going to purchase, she was able to show me options within the constraints I had. Over 50 emails, 4 in-person visits and 6 months later, my fiance absolutely loves her ring. The only thing I would say is that the pricing is definitely a bit higher than other lab-diamond retailers but the service and quality/vetting of diamonds is worth it in my opinion. Would highly recommend Teresa for any one interesting in buying a diamond ring.”
