“It was nice getting to meet Harry today. We got a lot done today. He knew right away I needed two new front tires and both front/rear brakes were about done. He then showed me my battery was corroded and the serpentine belt had little cuts in them. I mean initially it was just for an oil change but he diagnosed what truly needed to be done. I drive 600 plus miles a week in a Mazda 3.. have to prioritize my safety. He even ordered the parts that were needed in a good timely fashion. I gotta say there's a nice strong difference in my car. I hope it's continues that way so I can continue utilizing you for more business.”

“An hour from home and with a flat, I went into Lou’s at 445 on a Friday to see if I could borrow a lug wrench and jack to swap out my spare after I plugged the tire myself. Big name shop across the street offered to sell me tire(what?). Lou had one of his guys help me out and I was off in less than 10 mins. Wouldn’t accept any money I offered. A stand up shop”

As an automotive professional who runs large, high-end repair facilities, I rarely have anyone do my vehicle maintenance for me, I do it myself. Due to a lack of time and a major need for an oil change, I decided to stop through since it is right down the street. Bruce was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. As a true racing fan, I had no doubt he knew how to get the oil change accomplished. We had a pleasant conversation while I sat in my car and everything was taken care of. I had a $25 off coupon from their website and that was no issue to use. He didn't try to force anything extra on me, only performing the services I requested. I checked their work when I got home and everything is done correctly. Drain plug and filter are not loose, no leaks or problems. If I ever am in need of a quick oil change I will definitely come back.”

“This was actually phenomenal service. I came in on a Sunday for a regular oil change, but they ended up checking the rest of my car. Turns out, I have been neglecting several aspects of my car that I needed to get checked out. I've been to body shops before and they didn't even bother to tell me. The guy who met me up front was an absolute gentleman. He seemed almost excited to start work. The lady who helped me was also very nice and explained everything to me. I ended up getting new oil, new windshield wipers, and windshield liquid. I have to be honest, it was fairly priced. I didn't think I was overcharged at all. I would come back for sure.”
