I had recently got into an accident and was in need of a new vehicle, Jeff automatically started telling me everything about the car, any questions I had were answered in an instant and that’s all prior to meeting him in person and purchasing the vehicle. When we met, he was so sweet and explained everything in great detail for me and my dad, printed out and emailed every single report and made sure all my needs were met with the vehicle I wanted to drive off the lot. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Jeff for any purchasing or questions you have because he is the absolute best for it! I can’t thank him enough for everything he did!”

“Hands down the most honest mechanic around! After giving him my car's symptoms, I told Dave to change the fuel pump. I was expecting a large bill, but Dave investigated further and determined that I only needed a small crank shaft position sensor. $120. It's the kind of thing you only see on tv, but it happened. Thanks Dave!”
“Drove in earlier today without an appointment to have the battery checked on my 2021 Kona. Mike took care of me right away (I needed a new battery), and I was on my way home in less than a half hour. “I trust Jared 100% I know if he says I need something done I do. He's the person that alerted me to the possibility of getting a replacement engine thru Hyundai. Jared has helped us out more then once when an expected issue came up and I go to Jared for my oil changes even tho I could get them for free at the dealership”

My car’s issues were stemming from it needing a new fuel pump and the price was great, in my budget and affordable! I got the job done in a day and I’m back on the road! “An hour from home and with a flat, I went into Lou’s at 445 on a Friday to see if I could borrow a lug wrench and jack to swap out my spare after I plugged the tire myself. Big name shop across the street offered to sell me tire(what?). Lou had one of his guys help me out and I was off in less than 10 mins. Wouldn’t accept any money I offered. A stand up shop”

You can tell he actually treats customers with respect, which sadly isn’t always common at mechanic shops — and honestly, that’s probably why so many places lose customers. This shop felt trustworthy and welcoming from the moment I walked in. If you’re tired of dealing with rude or snobby mechanics, this is definitely a solid place to go. Prices aren’t bad either👍”
