“I haven’t had many problems banking here, everything is very simple and staff are great… however recently I came in to get a slip with all my information to set up direct deposit and somehow they gave me someone else’s account number. I was wondering why my paycheck wasn’t going through and my boss and I realized a major difference in account numbers, it wasn’t like just one number was incorrect. My paycheck, hundreds of dollars, essentially got forwarded to someone else’s bank account. A very kind gentleman (i’m so sorry i didn’t get his name) quickly sorted out the issue within 10 minutes and I got my money, but I feel like a mistake like that shouldn’t be made so easily… regardless, it was handled properly and I appreciate that.”

“I went to Citizens Bank on the corner of Liberty and Broadway in Long Branch and had a chat with a Mr. James Stewart about moving my account from PNC BANK to Citizens Bank reason being it is walking distance from where I reside. He was incredibly helpful, patient and gave me the most honest and sound advice that a banker care to give. I say above and beyond the call of duty. I was highly impressed with him and mentioned that he should be a trainer for the rest of the representatives in the system. I hope that he remains there as he is a great asset to that branch. Or any other branch for that matter.”

“My branch is in Highlands, NJ, but I found a charge in my account I didn't recognize, so they wanted to cancel my bank card. This usually takes about 5 days to get a new card, but the gentleman at the bank on the phone from the banks 800 # named Dan let me know that at the Valley bank in Little Silver NJ, they could issue me another bank card and shred the old one. I called the Little Silver bank to make sure the card machine was working, I spoke to Joe, which I knew that previously worked in my branch. Seedless to say, I went there and he took great care of me. Hooked me up with a new card and shredded the old one. I have been banking with Valley for 13 years, and I love it! Everyone is so compassionate, always! Thank you Valley ?”

“Banking at Chase in Fair Haven is a great experience. The interior of the building in new, fresh, and bright. It doesn’t feel like you’re walking into an old stuffy bank, it seems new and hi-tech. The bankers and staff are super kind and welcoming. They have greeted me by name ever since the second time I went in. I’ve opened checking accounts, savings accounts, business accounts, business and personal credit cards, and well as day to day banking such as depositing checks and cash. I’ve worked with Michael for my personal banking needs and Chris for business and it’s been a smooth experience every time. they are both incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. They make working with them so comfortable to the point where I feel like I can sit and chat even when my banking needs are accomplished. Sawyer has helped me with my day to day needs and is very friendly and greets me by name whenever I come in. I know that banks and bankers typically get a bad reputation but I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this team.”
