I have visited twice this week and interacted with three different staff members there (Mayesha and another lady and a gentleman whose names I regretfully did not catch). They were all very welcoming and understanding. They were very patient and understanding when I had to go back and forth to my physician to get the requisitions updated. “I always went to quest , after being treated awful for the third time because the person drawing blood said she never received my fax or email she Made me wait 40 minutes with an appointment, never took me in after my drs office confirmed she got the email , I decided to go to lab corp !! LIKE DAY AND Night , the girls are beyond nice , professional , so so clean LAB CORP is the only place I’ll ever go everyone should just go once you’ll NEVER go back to Quest !! “I checked via text from my vehicle, by the time I walked in to the center my appointment was cleared because I was not in the center. It took 2 minutes for me to get out my vehicle and walk up to the center. This is my preferred center. This never happened before. The phlebotomist came out for another patient and saw me sitting there alone and took me in. Got everything squared away. She was great and I was out quickly.”
“I had an excellent experience at this Labcorp location today. From the moment I checked in to the moment I walked out, less than 10 minutes had passed - everything was incredibly fast and well organized.
The staff were extremely kind, professional, and welcoming. Sonia assisted me at the front desk, explained everything clearly, and also performed my test. This was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. I have very difficult veins and tests are usually stressful for me, but Sonia found a vein immediately and the process was completely painless.
I am very grateful for her skill, patience, and gentle care. Thank you, Sonia, you are the best!

“I went to this lab without an appointment. They had 3 very nice kiosks that made things super fast. You just had to scan your driver's license and the lovely ladies were very very nice and it took me from arrival to be taken care of only about 10 minutes. I'll give this lab and staff a 10!!”

“I gave it four stars this time because it has gotten a little better but they need to work on the lines..I shouldn't have to be in a place no longer than 5mins when there's only 5 people in line...and the noise level in there is unbelievable..I leave with a headache each time from these crazy people.”
“I have been here numerous times and am always so impressed how efficient they are. The kiosk sign in is easy if you scan your license and they welcome walk ins graciously. Like someone else mentioned, you barely have time to sit down and they are calling you to the window. Gerly is professional and very competent. We were waiting for a fax but I was in a hurry so I said I would check back later. She took the initiative to call me when she received it. I recommend location and think older reviews should be scrubbed.”
