“The team of movers were exceptional. They immediately put me and my husband at ease. We had been stressed about our move for weeks. We were happy to have chosen Freedom Movers (AKA Mayflower). No damage... The crew worked hard to insure a smooth process. I will certainly use them again! (But, hopefully not anytime soon.)”
“Easy to book the unit I wanted online. Downloaded the app which made it super easy to access / open the main gate and the doors to the building where my storage unit is. 100% happy with my rental.”

“Sergio is awesome. Really helped me out which keeps me at Extra Space
I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Fairfield.
Again, Thank You guys
This is an addendum to my first review this one is dated 6-2-26;
I am repeatedly being impressed by your associate Sergio. He helped me solve an issue by going above and beyond my expectations. While there are many competing storage companies in the neighborhood with some of them offering more “perks” none of the have Sergio which is much more valuable than a price or a perk. Please pass along my comments to Sergio for being an exemplary employee and a trusted and valuable asset to Extra Space Storage. As I stated previously he is why I continue to be a customer of Extra Space Storage.
Thanking you in advance

“My husband and I recently went in to rent a storage unit and the experience was the best. I originally called in the main line to asks questions and were helped by Melody, the sweetest and best customer service. Upon arrival, we met Annzour who guided us in choosing the best unit for us. He was so patient and swift with helping us get the process going. Annzour was very detailed to informing us on how to move about the facility, mobile app, and more. His mannerism was top notch! “I am writing to share my positive experience with your facility in Wood-Ridge.
Aliya was incredibly polite and took the time to show me three different units while explaining every detail of the facility. Her positive attitude made me feel very comfortable.
When I called later to finalize my decision, I spoke with Patrick. He was wonderful, attentive, and extremely helpful in explaining current promotions and helping me determine which unit best suited my needs.
I will begin moving my items this Monday. Based on the excellent customer service I received both in person and over the phone, I will certainly recommend your company to others.”

“I really wanna give a shout out to Renata. The person whose unit I’m cleaning out had lost the key to their lock and Renata had to use some kind of circular saw to get the lock. In addition, I had bought a new lock, but in packing up my car could not find it and she gave me one to borrow overnight. That is truly Above and beyond service and I just wanted to be sure that everybody knows it’s a great facility here with great people nice and clean.”
