“BIG TIRES NO PROBLEM!American Tires made me love driving my lifted truck with a perfect wheel balancing on my 42”x14” large tires. No one in the area could balance these tires so i had to try balance beads and centramatic balancing discs and they help but still couldn’t get them balanced. Then i found American Tire and they said they balance big tires a lot for trailer and race cars so i had great hope that even if its not perfect but better then what I’m dealing with now, i will appreciate any improvement. So they open at 7:00 AM and i got there by 7:15 and they already had people waiting to get there cars fix so i figured they will take my truck by 8:00 but to my surprise they took my truck before 7:30 and it felt like I was at the doctors office waiting for my love one being worked on lol because they would come to the waiting room and update me as the truck was being worked on which was so refreshing because I never got that at any other shops. The first time they came out and told me the first wheel they completed that they balanced to 0 which means a perfect balance so i was so happy to hear that because I didn’t think they would be able to get a perfect balance but at least improve what i have so i was so happy to hear they got one perfectly balanced so my day was off to a good start. Then they came out again and said they are on the last wheel and all seems to be balancing out at 0 and i couldn’t believe they was getting all wheels to a 0 balance because i had one wheel that was really bad that it hopped when speed is up over 50mph so i figured i will need to replace that rim but to my surprise they perfectly balanced that one too! And after the tech ask me to call him with a update after i take it for a ride because he cared about the out come of his work so i took it on the highway after leaving the shop and i was in heaven! This lifted truck drive like a Cadillac smooth no sakes no vibrations no hopping! This truck drive better than a stock truck now! And my gas mileage improved by 3 more mpg. I’m getting 18 mile per gallon on a lifted truck and now i love driving my truck like a daily driver because this truck drive so smooth Now that I can’t wait to drive it now when before it was just get it from point A to point B and don’t enjoy the ride. But now i love driving my truck now. Thanks to American Truck and staff. Thank you Jeff the tech that worked on my truck and the other techs how assist him.”

“FAMILY OWNED WITH PRIDE AT THIS PROFESSIONAL AUTO SERVICE SHOP!!! On a whimsical series of phone calls (as I am not from the area and knew noone) I found this place, turns out the lady that is the Receptionist/Service Writer (wish I could remember her name and should, wanna say Betty Lou) knows my GF's Father/Mother and his Business, so going in blind for needed repairs on my 99' Dodge Ram Pick Up, I, understandably, was very skeptical. I also had the privilidge of meeting and talking to EJ, (son) the Head Technician and Shop Manager. He immediately stilled my forebodings and anxiety! I found him more than a little knowledgable in the field but, more importantly, found him to exude confidence, and patience in explaining repairs/dignosis, and possessing a very professional demeanor. He and his crew managed to figure out a short in my fog light system that had been errant for (2) two years and no one else could diagnose and then fixed it for what I thought was reasonable price; while I was there for an unrelated repair. B&E is not the least expensive garage in the area, however, they definitely get the Highest Grades for "Integrity" which in this day and age goes a long ways towards customer satisfaction, atleast for this consumer; and a Wise Man once said, "A man is worthy of his hire"! Quality Mechanic Work is not expensive, it's priceless!!! Particularly when your backs against the wall. Their diagnostic shop fee is a little high but they waive it and put it towards the bill if you get the worked performed in their shop. They insist on using OEM Parts which I also love for two reasons, First, because anything that's worth doing, is worth doing right. And Second, because I would rather "Buy Once & Cry Once" and enjoy the longevity of quality parts!!! You can get your vehicle serviced here with confidence and know your getting Prompt, Knowledgeable, & Honest Repair Work at a Fair Price!!!”
