“Kevin from the kearny location was very attentive and knowledgable when I first called to see if they can fix my Zfold 5. They were able to fix my phone in 3 hours! ! (same day) Everyone i dealt with there was very friendly regardless of how busy they were. I was amazed of their service and hopefully wont have to see them again lol but luckily I was still under Samsung warranty and I got my phone fixed for FREE!. In the event I need to get my devices fixed, I will definitely be going back”

“I came to New Jersey on a short visit and my son broke his ipad screen and then, i thought to fix it before going back. I got to the store and i was well- received. He told me the ipad would not be ready until a week after, which was the day i was to travel back. I pleaded that he tried all could to help fix it earlier, he said he would try.Along the line, i checked back after 3days and it was not ready, he saw my boys and gifted them a wireless speaker each, then 2 days later, he called me to come pick up the ipad that he had fixed it. He did a very good job on the ipad and i'm glad i trusted my instincts with him.I was very surprised when he called me 2 days after to ask about our trip back home.Thank you so much!”

“I went here to get my phone screen fixed after completely shattering it. The worker was very sweet, personable, and knowledgeable. He fixed it for me for a very reasonable price. Later on, I realized the colors were muted and the keyboard wasn’t working smoothly. I called and he told me to come back. He explained the multitude of reasons why I could be having this issue. He replaced the screen right away at no charge and it solved the color and keyboard problems. I would definitely recommend this place!”
