“Dennis was very helpful and knowledgeable. He goes the extra mile for his costumers. I came in with my brand e-bike for repair after I had taken it to another bike shop to install liners/inserts. Apparently the mechanic did not know how to add tire inserts and instead damaged my brand new rear tire. After looking for reputable e-bike shops online I found Voltaire. I showed up, explained what happened to Dennis and he quickly went to work to repair my bike. He explained what was wrong with my rear tire and how it was damaged. Turns out it was more than tire damage but he took care of it in less an hour or so. Friendly atmosphere, great selection of bikes and quality work. Would highly recommend for someone looking to buy an e-bike or simply looking for a good mechanic for your e-bike. Will be visiting again in the future.”

I remember everyone was marking up their bikes like 50%, but Robert was fair and sold me the bikes at retail.Now I got a used Trek bike that needed some work. I took it to trek and they assured me that everything needed to be replaced and that it will be $300.I brought the bike to Robert and he said everything works fine, just needs to be tuned. $100.I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a bicycle or get one repaired.”

I later brought my bike back for a full tuneup and it rides like brand new. They were also extremely diligent about keeping me updated as they worked on it. Can't recommend them highly enough!”

“Let’s start off by saying how great there service is ,they are very attentive very friendly and waste no time when fixing or even replacing a tube which in my case I need a new tube and it was done with in 5 min tops ,amazing ! They also have a huge selection of bikes kids, teens, adults and old school type as well they also have a wall full of different accessories that you would use if you break down in the middle of a ride . Steve did an excellent job with the installation and the bike was returned the next day with tires full, gears tuned, and brakes centered. I took the tires off to bring the bike to the shop, so I know they centered the brakes. The bike was returned in excellent condition. The shop is highly recommended, and did an excellent job.”
