KINETICS™ is a unique, boutique fitness studio with a holistic approach to health and fitness. We happily offer both private and semi-private group trainings modeled to fit your body, lifestyle, and personal needs. Using our Steady Progression Training method, clients are evaluated to establish a fitness baseline. Evaluations are facilitated in group settings and include full body measurements, basic cardiovascular, muscular strength, flexibility, mobility testing as well as nutrition coaching. Once we understand our client’s fitness baselines, we are able to help them achieve long lasting fitness and fat loss results.
