“We were going to have them replace a tire for us, but then something else happened to the car that they were unable to fix. So, we needed to tow the car to a dealership that could do all the work. They were very gracious about everything and refunded our deposit on the tire which we ended up not getting. They also allowed us to stay in the store after closing time to wait for the tow truck. This is the kind of thoughtfulness and consideration that makes for good business.”

“Purchased 4 tires and made an appointment for installation. When I arrived, I was assisted by Rob. He was professional, knowledgeable and got the job done in less than 90 minutes. He informed me of all the extra services that come with installation and helped figure out best mileage for tire rotation based on my driving habits. He also mention that the way the tires were worn, he'd recommend an alignment. This was in line with what my regular mechanic had suggested. They even list date of manufacture of the tires on the invoice, so you know you are not getting old tires. Based on my experience, I'd definitely recommend using them.”
