“This review is way overdue, but when I moved back to Astoria, I had Harris as my mechanic and he make the inspection process so smooth and was incredibly transparent and straightforward with me and my car/what it needed. He also was able to get a part that my car needed pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend!”
“Update - I was at the dealer for something in warranty, and they told me that I needed the cabin and engine air filters replaced - they quoted me $250 plus labor, and the good folks at Inwood watch took care of it for $70 all included!
Unfortunately I had a run in with a pole in a parking lot on a dark rainy night, and some body damage occurred to my new car. Adam has been taking car of my mechanical and inspection needs for a while now, and I am so glad that I trusted him with the body work as well. For a very reasonable price and in just over a week, my car was returned to me looking better than when I had bought it. Adam is fair, honest and trustworthy, and communicated throughout the process, I highly recommend him and his team!”

“Hands down the best auto/body shop in all of new york, if i could give this place an even higher review I would, if you've ever dealt with a collision you know the process can be very frustrating and finding the perfect mechanic is very hard nowdays. When i found this place i knew that they would have me as a customer for life ive been going to this place for about 2 years now and i have to say that Mike is the most experienced most trustworthy mechanic i know. He specializes in german cars and is an expert at what he does. As you can see below i had very heavy front right damage which required a lot of work, Mike and his entire team were very professional and a very fast turnaround. When i picked up my car it looked better then when it left Germany. All the panels were perfectly aligned and the accident was unnoticeable. If you need a trustworthy mechanic with very reasonable prices who can do almost anything, this is the place.”

There was a lot of guessing including transmission issues but nothing concrete. George ran a diagnostic while driving my car and was able to figure out my issue… spark plugs/ tuneup… He also went above and beyond by checking everything to ensure my car was safe in the road…”

He inspected the truck thoroughly, pinpointed exactly what was causing the problem, and even identified a few other things the truck would need down the line. My battery and alternator went down in front of my house and Tito (the mechanic) came to my house and attached his own booster to my dead battery to allow me to follow him back to the shop, where he did an Outstanding job on replacing my dead battery and alternator in a timely manner and got me back on the road.
